BAA-SWU JOINT SUMMER PROGRAM 2026 最終日！

みなさん、こんにちは！ビジネスデザイン学科2年の家永奈実と南莉乃です。
Hello everyone, we’re Nami Ienaga and Rino Minami from the Department of Business Design.

本日は、BAA-SWU Joint Summer Programの最終日でした！
It was the last day of the BAA-SWU Joint Summer Program!

最終日のプログラムは、デンマークBAAの学生と昭和女子大学の学生の混成チーム６グループによる、ワークショップです。

このワークショップは、7月31日に訪問したデンマーク大使館の商務部商務官エネルギー分野担当のアントン キユルブ様に導入していただいたケースワークです。私たちは、このケースワークに取り組み、日本市場への参入を目指すデンマークの電力企業の事業開発担当者になりきり、「参入のアイディア」を提案するプレゼンテーションを行いました。非常に難易度が高く、グループごとに事前ミーティングを何度も重ねました。プレゼンテーション当日も、各グループが11時半に集まり、それぞれ最後の予行練習を行い、どのグループも協力して最後まであきらめない姿が見受けられました。

The final day of the program featured a workshop in which six mixed teams of students from Business Academy Aarhus (BAA) and Showa Women’s University worked together on a case work that was introduced by Mr. Anton Bo Kjølby, Commercial Officer, Energy, at the Royal Danish Embassy in Japan, whom we visited on July 31. Taking on the role of representative from a Danish power company aiming to enter the Japanese market, the students worked on the case and developed their own ideas for entering the Japanese market. Each team then presented its proposed market-entry strategy. It was a challenging topic, each group had meetings so many times. Even on the day of the final presentation, each group met at 11:30 to practice one last time. In every group, we saw members working together hard and never gave up until the end.

いざ1時、ファイナルプレゼンテーション開始です！６つのグループが各15分のプレゼンテーションを行いました。発表の後は５分間の質疑応答がありました。発表時間がとても長く、時間の管理が大変だったなど、躓く点も多くありましたが、BAAとSWUの学生がお互いに助け合い、どのグループもとても素晴らしい発表を完成させることができました！

It’s now 1pm, we start the final presentation! Six groups each gave a 15-minute presentation, followed by 5-minute Q&A. There were many tough steps such as managing time, but all BAA and SWU students supported each other, and all the groups were able to deliver excellent presentations!  

全員のプレゼンが終了したところで、デンマーク大使館アントン キユルブ様、SWU、BAAの先生方からのコメントとともにBest Presentation Awardが発表されました！選ばれたのは…グループ６‼Tillykke! 🎉

After all presentations, the Best Presentation Award was announced with judges’ comments!  And the winner was… Group 6!

このファイナルプレゼンテーションを通して、BAAとSWUの学生が一緒に課題解決をし、交流が深めることができ、とても楽しく価値のある時間でした！！

It was a wonderful and meaningful time for BAA and SWU students work together to solve problems and build stronger connections through this final presentation!!

プレゼンテーションを終えた後は、クロージングセレモニーに続き、立食パーティーが行われました！2週間の集大成となるプレゼンテーションを終え、みんな力を出し切った様子でしたが、目の前に並んだ美味しい中華料理に、すぐに笑顔が戻りました！

After the final presentations, we had our closing ceremony and then a buffet party! We had all given our best during the presentations, which were the culmination of these two weeks, but as soon as we saw all the delicious Chinese food in front of us, everyone’s smiles quickly came back!

さらに、パーティーを彩る一品が・・・４日に企業訪問した木村屋さんの人気商品「パンダさんパン」も！🐼

とてもかわいらしい見た目に、みんな「かわいくて食べるのがもったいない！」と少し躊躇しながらも、ひと口食べてみると、中にはチョコレートといちごクリームが入っていて、とても美味しくいただきました！

There was also a special surprise in the party! We had “Panda-san” bread from Kimuraya! 🐼 The bread was so cute that everyone hesitated a little, saying, “It’s too cute to eat!” But once we took a bite, we found delicious chocolate and strawberry cream inside!

そして最後には、みんなで写真を撮り合ったり、別れを惜しんで抱き合ったりする姿が見られました。プログラムが始まった当初は、みんな緊張していて、どこかぎこちない雰囲気もありました。しかし、さまざまなグループワークや放課後の時間を一緒に過ごす中で、ビジネスに関する知識だけでなく、お互いの文化や言語についても理解を深めることができました。
2週間という短い期間ではありましたが、デンマークと日本、それぞれの視点から多くのことを学び、これからの学びや挑戦につなげていきたいと思える、本当に有意義な時間となりました！

At the end of the party, everyone was taking pictures together and giving each other hugs, showing how much we didn’t want to say goodbye.
At the beginning of the program, everyone was nervous, and things felt a little awkward at first. However, through various group activities and the time we spent together after class, we were able to deepen not only our knowledge of business, but also our understanding of each other’s cultures and languages.
Although it was only two weeks, we learned so much from both Danish and Japanese perspectives. It was truly a meaningful experience that made us want to take what we learned here and connect it to our future studies and challenges!

最後になりましたが、さまざまな学びの機会を与えてくださった先生方、このプロジェクトを計画・運営・サポートしてくださったスタッフの皆さま、貴重な訪問の機会と美味しいパンを沢山お贈りいただいた木村屋總本店さま、そして Royal Danish Embassy の Anton Bo Kjølby様、すべての皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。本当にありがとうございました！

Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the professors who gave us so many valuable learning opportunities, all the staff members who planned, organized, and supported this project, everyone from Kimuraya Sohonten for offering us this wonderful opportunity and Mr. Anton Bo Kjølby, Commercial Officer, at the Royal Danish Embassy in Japan, as well as everyone else who supported us throughout this program.
